I live in north Carolina with my uncle because my mother and grandmother is deceased and my father does drugs I get a social security check because of my mother being dead and my uncle gets every bit of it he never buys food and he never buys me clothes I want to get emancipated he won't allow me to get a job and the only person really taking care if me at the moment is my boyfriend

This, right there, is enough to say that you will not be emancipated.

In order to get emancipated, you have to be able to support yourself which doesn't seem to be the case here. As adjusterjack asked, when will you turn 18? When you are 18, you can leave home & live where you wish.
