ok here's my story...i'm 15 turning 16 in march, me and my mother barely get along i mean we do sometimes but there is a lot of threats from her that she is gonna beat me, she has before, i have a boyfriend and well i was wondering if i could move in with him and his mother, instead of living on my own for emancipation, i do get a long with my mom sometimes but it's kind of rare, people have heard about her hitting me, some have heard all the screaming that she does, a few have seen her hurt me, i am also bipolar and have an SSI check can i keep that if i move out? can i move out now legally with my boyfriend and his mother? i need help immediatly too please how can i do this?
