My husband was arrested for unrelated charges back in April. He hasn't had any charges for that since a few years ago, and was given 91 days in DOC by the judge. He was actually driving to do a job and went through a roadblock that was doing license checks. Can he request a prayer for judgement if he hasn't had one? I'm not real educated on matters of the judicial system and was just wondering if there was a way to hopefully keep him out of jail again? Any advice is greatly appreciated!
