In 2005 I plead guilty to a misdmeanor DUI in the state of Arizona. I now live in Missouri. A couple of weeks ago I had an accident in another county while drinking and driving. I hit a stop sign. I was transported to the local hospital for observation overnight, then released the next day. My BAC was above .08. I was not cited nor arrested. I came home the next day. There is a hotline here where you can call to see if there are any traffic tickets or department actions on your record. I have called everyday an it says there is nothing. I am quite prepared to take any consequences for my actions, but nothing is/has happened yet. What am I missing?
