I came here for school and now finishedl. My current status is H1-B. I would like to apply for greencard, but I have Domestic Violence record 4 years ago which I plea no contest, time served (4 days). I'm still living with the same woman now my wife and never have any other problem. I would like to know if I can apply for green card and possibly US citizenship if the company is willing to sponsor me.
