I am going thru a custody battle with my daughters' father. My daughters' grandfather has been harassing me and has threatened to "slap me" in front of my daughters. I want to file for a restraining order but I am unsure which packet of papers to fill out. One is a "Civil Harrasment Order" and the other is a "Domestic Violence Order". Which one would be appropriate?
