I have received a DUI on 12/20/03. I went to court and it was indeed exponged. I have received my bond refund along with my drivers license in the mail immediately on 3/5/04. On 4/9/04 I received a speeding ticket, arrested, and my vehicle seized. To this date my vehicle is still with the State. Do they have the right
to seize my vehicle even though I do not have a DUI? Can they
seize a vehicle for a suspended drivers license for a 1st time
