I was arrested in March of 2008 for Drunk in Public and Disorderly Conduct. I was told that both were tickets and if I paid the fines I would be released from jail and did not have to go to court. I am concerend about my criminal record. Are these two offenses allowed to be expunged? I have no other criminal record.

Are you sure that the offense even shows on your record?
Yes, this is the sort of thing that should easily be wiped clean so long as you are not a regular offender.
