My neighbor is saying Im selling drugs. I don't do drugs, however, I am on 4 controlled substances that are prescribed to me. Can they get me with possession or possession with intent? Im not sure what to do...
Should I even be worried?

Im sorry. I cant seem to delete it. It wont happen again...

Drug abuse isn't restricted to illegal drugs.
Some people sell lawfully obtained prescription drugs, which is illegal.
If you're selling your prescription medications, I suggest you stop.
Your neighbor's allegations could have caused the police to send an undercover officer or CI to have approached you and purchased drugstore prescriptions from you.

I'm not accusing you.

I'm suggesting you STOP asking about this, explaining it, or talking about it.

If she's lying, you have nothing to be concerned about.

If she's telling the truth, talking, explaining, or denying isn't useful.

Your best defense is to stop breaking their laws, if you've been breaking their laws, and if arrested you simply remain silent. If the police want to talk to you about this, politely refuse.

Watch this video as to why its never wise to explain, even when you're innocent as an angel:
