You will likely be given probation and have to take a class and drug test for a year and if you complete it and stay clean then most of the time it will be dismissed. YOU SHOULD hire an attorney and ask him/her this question as your attorney will give you your best advice. Good luck.

I recently got the exact same ticket (3 grams of marijuana) in Indiana.

Do you any specifics about the probation? How often are the drug tests?
