My boyfriend got a strike in 2003 for stabbing a guy. In Feb of this year he got popped for possession of heroin, being under the influence and driving under the influence. We saw the judge and he gave us time to get a lawyer. Does anyone know the chances of jail time? Or is there a chance they will put him in a drug program?
