Driving without a license.

I live in Virginia and I have court for driving without a license. I got my license back. Is it true that they will just throw it out?

Implying that you were intentionally driving while under suspension and got your license reinstated without the DMV knowing that the citation prosecution was under way.

My guess is that the court (in addition to fines, and maybe jail) will just suspend your license all over again, especially considering that this is your second offense.
