My Liciense Was Suspended Because Of An Accident- Not My Fault- My Insurance Company Did Not File A Form With The Dmv. Somehow It Got Out Of Control. End Result My Liciense Is Suspended. I Have Not Driven Since It Has Been Suspended. Well, An Officer Claimed He Saw Me Driving And Placed A Warrant Out For My Arrest. I Am A Blond And So Is My Mother And 2 Sisters. Since I Cant Drive, My Sisters Either Drive Me Or I Let Them Borrow My Car. Can They Claim They Saw Me Driving? The Reason They Did Not Pull My Car Over Is Beause They Were In Traffic.

When you go to trial, you can make this argument. If you know the time and place you were allegedly seen, bring in the person who actually was driving and have them testify to that. This should be sufficient to raise reasonable doubt.
Oh, and please take your system off of "Title" mode ... those capital letters are real annoying and make posts hard to read.
