Driver took truck and trailer on a monthly payment basis and stopped paying. What to do?

I have a truck and a refer. I sold it on apartment basis, but in several months the buyer returned it back because he couldn't make payments. He also brought a new buyer, who was already using the truck and a refer.
The new buyers received a contract from me, but never signed it. He continued using a truck and a refer and also made three payments. Starting on June he stopped making payment and missed 2 payments so far.
I find myself in a wierd situation:
1. On one hand I have no signed contract with the buyer and all truck and trailer documents are under my name.
2.On another hand the guy made three payments, so maybe it means somethings.
3. I wonder whether I can take possession of truck and trailer and resell it. I have a buyer who is willing to pay cash.

To the first two points, although the contract is not signed by written signature it is signed by action. Receiving the payments amounts to entering into the contract with you.

What does your contract state about repossession for non-payment?
