I am trying to to find out if a judgment granted to a creditor in the state of Texas can be domesticated to the debtors payroll state which will allow wage garnishments. There are no wage garnishments that I am aware of except for IRS, Student loans, child support and bank accounts in the state of Texas.
The company I work for has seen in the past to just refer account to attorneys with out first verifying that the debtor is judgment worthy. Now I am trying to collect te judgments any way I legally can.
I would appreciate any help with my dilma I can get.
