My jurisdiction is: australia
i have a real good family dog..she has been in the pound for over a month,she had nipped this guy that i did not know,i had seen him an told him to stay away because of the dog not been tied up,i also told him not to touch the kids,then he goes an touch my baby on the head,next thing you no my dog came from under the house an nipped the guy on the ankle an now i have to put in an appeal in for her the animal control also want to put her down..what is my rights,how can i keep her out of death row??
