You can go online to find samples of general interrogatories and the other forms you may need for Discovery purposes. Or you can go to the Court House to get documents. There are many cases you can research that have these documents in use in which you can study to see how someone could use them.

Also, you can even make up your own appropriate questions to include in a special set of Interrogatories since not all circumstances can be addressed with the "General Interrogatories" document you may need to use.
