Does the statute of limitations apply?

We are legal guardians of our daughter who is develop mentally delayed. Two years ago in June she was "working" at a county agency when she was raped by another client on a job site. Would it be to late to file a civil lawsuit, on her behalf, against e agency & county?

Probably not too late, but you may have a hard time explaining how the agency and the county are responsible.
Considering her disability, you may have a harder time obtaining reliable information to base any suit on.
Something like this should be reported immediately after it occurs. Delays only complicate it.

I agree that it doesn't seem like you would have a case against the agency or county. Talk to a lawyer.
