I was just wondering if a kid needs there own room. A friend of mine has 2 girls, ages 5 and 10. Their mother still lives with her mom and it's a 2 bedroom house. So one kid sleeps with the mom and the other sleeps with the grandmother. Is this legal to not have a room or bed for the kids?

No, they do not need their own rooms. Some people cannot afford a place where each child can have their own room/bed.
