Consumer Law, Warranties do i need a license?

Im am trying to start my own bar promotion business. Basically I will have a group of girls to go to bars and entertain, do body shots and contests. I will promote everything myself and the bar will not be charged anything, they will make all profits from drinks and food. All I will be getting is the door profits. Just wondering if I would need some sort of license for this. I plan on goin to bars all over the midwest
