I hired a moving company based in Texas to move my household items to another state. I was given an estimated 7-14 day window (business days) to deliver my goods. On day 14, my goods have still not arrived and are currently still sitting in a warehouse in Texas. I have called and emailed the company several times for answers with no luck. All I am told is that my items won't be moved until they find a carrier to transport them. That is issue #1. This company lead me to believe they were not a broker and they would be the only company loading and transporting my goods. They can't or won't give me any time frame at this point to deliver my goods. I am completely at a loss and I am not sure how to proceed. Any advice is welcomed. Thank you.
