Do I have a Case?

Hi everyone , I have a question and maybe someone can direct me to the answer. I currently running a parish wide (county wide) race for an office. Im going against a 28 year incumbent. Recently one of the Cities in my parish along with a local chapter of business men and women put on a public forum for candidates for all parish races to be heard. The race i am running is the only one with a incumbent and was the only parish race not to be invited. They also advertised this via the internet. So i called the group and they told me their was not enough time to allow for my office to speak. I also called the city but could never reach the mayor. I still showed up and ask to speak and i was told no because there was not enough time. Im devistated now and I dont know what to do. Advice?
