i live in north carolina, an me and this other guy was with this girl at the same time. she told me the whole time that the baby was mine, now that he is born he looks alot like me, and she was telling me he is mine. Now she has taken a restraining order out on me refuses to let me see the baby, or do a dna test what should i do? I really wanna know if i am the father, so i can be a part of my sons life.

Paternity Test!

Well, she can refuse you visiting the child, but she cannot refuse the Court.

Go down to your locale's Family Court and file a petition to compel a Paternity Test which on good cause shown shall be granted and you shall find out if you are the father or not. But be ready in case you are the father, as you may well be ordered to commence immediate payments of child support.
