Divorce

What rights does a person in custody?

If you are serving time as a convicted felon, your spouse can divorce you despite your protestations because of your predicament.

If you are "charged" with a crime and being held in a pretrial status, your rights are equal to his or her hers.

Your access to legal services will be, however, severely restrained.

Are you asking about someone in "police custody" (in jail/prison) or about rights in regard to custody of children? If in jail/prison, then army judge answered your question. Your question wasn't completely clear to me.
