Divorce utility bills

I have been servered divorce papers. there is a pendente lite hearing coming up in about a month. we are still living at the same house. my spouse has "promised to move out in a month and 1/2, but nothing in writing. who is responsible for the mortgage payment, the day to day expenses, like gas electric/ sewer bills ect.. and l loans both car and credit card before the hearing?

The person responsible is always the one listed on the bill or who took out the loan to pay for whatever. The mortgage company and utility company do not care that you are getting divorced. If you hold a mortgage or are using utilities, they are due their money. How you and your spouse decide to allocate marital and personal assets to cover these expenses it between you.
