I married a man claiming to be special ops in the ARMY, and later found out he was not deploying, but was AWOL. We have one Child together. Can I sue him for this? We have been separated (not legally) 11 out of the twelve years we have been married...

You can certainly file for divorce and child support. What else did you want to 'sue' him for?

You can divorce him.
I suggest you do so ASAP.
Yes, you can sue anyone.
But, if the guys been AWOL for a decade, what does he have you could get?
Even if he's a millionaire, what's your cause if action?
DECEITFUL LIAR, SHAM ARTIST, SCAMMER!
Not actionable under law.
Divorce him, go after child support, move on with your life.
