My wife and I were married from 1998-May 2007.We got a divorce with a final judgment that was certified and filed. We reconciled and remarried in Sept of 2007. Now in Jan 2010 she has filed for divorce. Her lawyer wants the court to treat this as a marriage that has lasted from 1998-2010. Does ayone know what the legalities are here?
