My fiance is getting a divorce. She and I both want it to go smoothly and fast so that I can marry her when its complete. Its and uncontested divorce. Whats the fastest way to get this issue resolved? We live in tennessee and have already had the documents prepared by a paralegal. She is currently filing as uncontested/unreconcilable differences. However, he is living in Pennsylvania with another woman and the truth of the grounds is adultry. He isn't supporting her and has been there in Pennsylvania with the other woman and her kids for over 6months. She has kids, four. I am military and am both capable and willing to financially support her. Should our subsequent marriage after the divorce me mentioned or play some part in the case? Can my marriage to her help speed the case up? Sullivan County, Tennessee is the filing location. She is currently on state assistance for food, housing, electricity. Family in the area support the rest. Please advise.
