My husband and I own three pieces of property, two of which are in Florida and they are in both of our names. The one piece of property is in only my husbands name. We have been married for 35 years and we purchased the property from a family member 8-9 yrs ago and it is paid from our income. My question is that if we were to divorce am I entitled to half of the property in Massachusetts also?
