Harassment, Stalking, Misconduct Disorderly Conduct

I was arrested in MA for disorderly conduct. My concern is that does it stay on your record forever? or Can it be expunged?. This is my first offence. And I have many reasons to prove that it didnt happen because of my fault. Can I get off the hook? The officer who arrested me punched me in my face and then arrested my without reading me my rights. I was drunk in the club and I didnt do anything to disturb peace or hurt somebody. Bouncers rough me up but I still didnt do anything until an officer came from outside and punched in my face and while taking me outside handcuffed me. I wasnt given any breathylzer test in the city jail before I was locked. I dont want to have a bad record or have a problem in finding a job. Please help me out here.

Hello, disorderl;y conduct is a ticket ,it is not amajor crime ,at least in most states it is , If it is your first offense ,it is not criminal anyhow ,check with your county courthouse to see what it is rated as[ summons, etc]
