hi,i was arrested for shoplifting in feburary 2005 ,and hire a lawyer who did plea bargain as a disorderly person.iam on one year probation,without having any previous record and on H-4 VISA.I got my labour certification few days back.and going to file my green card .can u please tell me my green card can be approved ?And what will be the impact on my husband status?. thanxx.
