Hello, my name is Jeffery D. Hayes. I am a white male age 21. I was triing to get a job at Subway in Alamo, Tn 38001 where my girlfreind used to work but she quit because of harrassment. Well I turned in my application and the next day when my girlfreind went to work she asked them if they were thinking about hiring me and they laughed and told her that they ripped my application because they do not hire males of any race. Apperently all they hire is caucassian females because thats the only people I see working their besides the foreigners that was employed by the owner who is a family member and owns a chain of Subways across Tennessee. My girlfreind currently is triing to file for a harrament suit against them and I don't won't to interfere with her case by bringing up one of my own so what should I do? I would greatly appreciate your opinion.
