Discrimination against a disabled individual

I love behind the 7-Eleven on Plain Street Marshfield Massachusetts. I walked in the store a couple times and the store manager asked me to leave my backpack confront which I did. And then walked in there one day and love my backpack up front and one back of my items came back up front and he approached me and said I don't want you in my store anymore and I got some y any can give me a reason. I asked him why and he said because I'm damned from manager and I can do that. I asked him to call the cops to get an explanation of light and he couldn't give me an explanation. When the cops arrived explain what happened and he told them that reason he has and leave is because I was holding up the lines. But prior to that I was in there the previous night and he had said nothing to me, that day and I could day when he asked me to leave I went to the ATM and walked over push me on the way physically and grab my card and snapped out of the ATM machine and said what don't you understand about leaving the f****** store. Amen escorted me out of the store and I'm waiting for the police to come. I think all the corporate headquarters of 7-Eleven explain the situation and what occurred and they called me back and gave me a case number and was supposed to get back in touch with me within a month I've never heard from them again and it's been about two or three months now and I'm not allowed in the store and I did nothing wrong and I'm disabled and then gentleman put his hands on me and I did not react and I only look let the pill in Marshfield police know this.

I spoke to a female who call me back I have the information the dates that occurred and who I spoke to when somebody gets back in touch with me I can go over the case of little brother and get them the information they asked me what I wanted and I said I wanted an apology and wanted something done thing in Malaysian and putting his hands on me. Again I'm disabled and I live behind the 7-Eleven and I cannot drive because of a brain tumor so that's the only throw in the area and I can go to and I did nothing wrong. The only reason he gave the police is that I was in there holding up the mines and that every time I go in there and take too long to decide what I'm going to buy. He can do this because he's a store manager he replied. I have not heard back from the corporate headquarters that I called they said I'd hear from them within a month and it's been two months now.

This is not an illegal discrimination case.
You could have reported that you
were assaulted/battered at the time it happened, but it isn't worth doing now.

Your best bet at this point is to find somewhere else to shop where customers are treated better. Forget about 7-11.

I've never heard from them again and it's been about two or three months now and I'm not allowed in the store

All 7-11 stores aren't owned by the 7-11 corporation.

Some 7-11 stores are franchise operations owned by individuals or private corporations.

A retail merchant can have anyone trespassed, meaning the merchant can BAN anyone from entering the store.

Once a person has been trespassed as in notified NOT to enter the store, if the person so warned enters the store she/he can be arrested and prosecuted for doing so.

It would be in your best interests to refrain from entering the store.

Furthermore, you say you "live behind" the store.

That, my friend, is squatting (a form of trespassing).

I suspect if you continue to squat on the store's property, you'll also be advised to vacate the property.

Again, it is in your best interests to NOT trespass upon property belonging to others.

Good luck.

Got proof that it's solely because of a disability? Disabled people are still subject to the same laws, rules, regulations and restrictions as anyone else; illegal discrimination does NOT mean that they were held to the same standard as a non-disabled person would be.
