My son is 9 he was removed from my home on DHR s safety plan due to my oldest daughter which is now in rehab and no longer residing in my home ..there arw no charges on me nor any pending ..cullman county cnet agent has contactwd DHR and informed them of no charges towards me and i still dont have my son .there is no court order ..my son is curremly with my mother which she goes by DHR rules and they want send him.home ..ive passed all drug tests and always will please i want him home DHR is now havn to put my son in counclen due to all there mess...

Without a court order, none of this had to happen.
Without a court order, you aren't required to allow them in your home.
This doesn't happen for long to people who HIRE a good lawyer.
Even with a court order, you aren't required to speak to ANYONE.
You can simply say, "Under the advice of counsel, I decline to speak with you without my attorney being present."

Which translates to: Even with my attorney present, I won't say anything more than name, address, date of birth, thank you!

Absent a court order there is nothing stopping you from picking up your son and bringing him home.

Like, the age of the child. DHR's involvement with that child. Why the child was placed with Grandma.

I think there's more going on than sister was using drugs. And being in 'rehab' does not mean sister moved out. It means sister is temporarily absent.

Pro, it seems the child is 9 but we still do need to know why the child was placed with Grandma & DHR's involvement with the child.
