It depends on what you mean by owner?

Are you a sole proprietor, a partner, an investor, a stockholder, etc...?

What you are entitled to, if anything, will be addressed in them.

Maybe. Depends on the laws of your unidentified state and the terms of your ownership documents (e.g., CC&R's and HOA by-laws).

We have a renovation fee paid the condo for all renovations - major or minor. I'm currently being asked to pay this fee.

I'd like to make sure that the board members have paid their fee for their renovations.
