Deportation, Re-entry Deportation?

i am just curious. what cause a foreigner get deportation? Crime? Felony?
would my case be one of the causes if i did not handle it well?

Any crime which does not fall under the petit offense exception. Sometimes you might qualify for a waiver which could stop deportation. Read my threads on the criteria to apply for a waiver.

don't hang out with minor who drink
don't smoke mary jane.
don't fight
don't steal or rob
don't drive and drink
save your money for future use if you did anything above...
talk to more lawyers before you decide who to use. good lawyer does not mean expensive, also expensive does not mean they are good.

Good advice............I wish most guest to the US can receive some hand out on how any crime here can haunt you forever.........From experience dealing with non US citizens, most don't understand how a small offense here can ruin you forever...........

That is funny.............You are right in a way!! However some get here on questions on H1B processing and get to know about effects of crimes or infractions..... But you are right, most get here after they get in trouble.
