My dentist is sueing me for full payment, plus intrest fees, plus late charges, plus attorney fees. When I had the work done I agreed to pay the amount owed. Recently she had decided to charge other fee's and I have not signed anything to agree to this. She will not release my medical records to me with out full payment. Is this legal? Can she with hold my medical records?
