I asked this in a different thread, but I'd like a more detailed response if possible.
I want to deliver alcohol/ciggs to customers in NYS. I was told in previous thread that i wouldn't need a license because I am not selling the alcohol, only delivering and they are paying for the delivery. I contacted the local DA, they said call an attorney. The price for that information is too high so i'm hoping i can get some help on here.
I went to the ABC of NYS and went through what I thought was of relevance. In articles 116 and 117 it basically sounds like its saying that I can not deliver beer without working for a business who has a license. If i own a delivery business than, I must have a license to deliver the alcohol correct? Any info would help a lot.
