Okay so recently my mother died and i suppose i'm primarily in charge of managing her affairs.
Anyway apparently she had credit debt built up at the time of her death
Previously, a lot of people have been telling me so long as I don't specifically accept responsibility for her debts that i'm exempt from paying them off.
I've recently got a call from one of her credit cards, they at some point offered me a settlement on her credit debt.
What i need to know for sure, is am i responsible for her debt?
