So my car financial manager has been avoiding me.
I wanted to cancel some contracts I have applied for. I live in last Vegas, nv.
On the contract itself, it says that I may cancel it 30 days with no fee.
I spoke to them in person once and they said I would have to wait the 30 days because if I cancel before than it would be alot of paper work. And they also said I can just call over the phone to cancel it, no need to come to the dealership. I said OK that is fine to be nice.
I called again and once again and now they are telling me I need to go in to sign papers. Now I'm pissed.
I am planning on going in and record the conversation and stating that the conversation will be recorded.
Is this legal?
