So, I have to go to court in 2 days and basically I'm not allowed to have any contact

I went through this emotional state where I was just really suicidal and upset because I found it so frustrating that my ex was shutting me out of her life after only a week of seperation and has already found another guy..

I just don't want to go to jail and have this on my record..what are the chances that I become imprisoned..?

You should speak ONLY to your lawyer about this.
You should stay away from the other party, as directed to do, forever.
If you don't have a lawyer, I suggest you HIRE one.
If possible, the court might appoint one for you.
Otherwise, do not speak of this to anyone, online or in person.
