Criminal Law Criminal Offense and Green Card

Hi! I am currently on a L1 visa in America. I would like to apply for my greencard this year. My problem is that a few days ago i was caught for not stopping at a stop street, but I also did not have insurance which is a criminal offence in kentucky. My court case is the end of the month... Would this influence me getting a greencard?
