Hello, I am trying to visit my fiance in the Philippines and return to the US and file a petition for a K1 visa. I have a criminal history dealing with financial transaction devices which I know is not applicable on the criminal history portion. However I do have 3 crimes that fall under the drug and alcohol conviction portion, those being my first DUI and a Possession of a dangerous drug in which the arrest occurred at the same time so I don't know if this is considered as 2 separate incidents. I also have a paraphernalia misdemeanor charge which I am almost certain counts as well. My question is do these count as 3 separate occasions or 3 single acts? If not can I check the "No" box on the application?
