Credit Fraud?

I've been unemployed for a while now, and my credit cards are now maxed out. I used them for both cash advances and regular purchases. Up until very recently I have made all payments and have not been in arrears. But I missed my first payment on a card about two weeks ago, and the credit card company called me and said after review of my account activity unless I make a payment then it's considered fraud. Is this true? Can I be charged with fraud for using a credit card I lawfully obtained?

I dont think so. If you miss apayment you will accrue a late fee and a nick on your credit rating if you are 30 days late.

If you are unemployed, all attemps need to be made to get a job. You are digging yourself a hole that will be hard to get out of. You might want to call a debt consolidation service to see about getting some help.
