I received a Summons from Capital One, I'm in the state of Indiana. I need to fill out a Notice of Appearance, should I also request a Discovery at the same time? Or is this not allowed at this time? Can requesting a Discovery actually hurt me? I'm also not sure in Indiana, if or when I'm allowed to do this?
Also, if I request a Discovery, how many days does the plaintiff have to respond (in the state of Indiana). I don't know where to find this info.. Tried searching on the net, but couldn't find the exact civil code that contains this information.
