Craigslist iPhone Deal

I recently sold an iPhone 5 on craigslist listed for $300 and sold for $260. The phone worked fine under my testing. The day after I sold it the guy said it was not working and he wanted his money back. Now he is saying that he is going to take me to small claims court and he has our license plate number. Can he do anything? and if so what do I need to know?

Sure, he can take you to court. To obtain a judgment he needs proof.
