My father got into an accident in my mother's/sister's car. The car had insurance under my mom and sister the rest of the household was considered excluded drivers. My mom passed away May 26. Accident occured June 24. A representative told my sister they would transfer her to being the primary holder but a week after they sent out insurance cards with my father as the primary dates effective 4/26/09 - 10/26/09. A call was placed to insurance co. and at that time they informed us that the next primary holder would be the legal representative (which is my father). My question is the insurance co. is not covering any damages that occured to any of the vehicles is this right or can we fight the costs we've had to pay? Thank you for your help.
