I have received a court hearing from my credit card company.Can I still settle this before the hearing date? If not what will happen in court. Can they take my house or bank accounts. IN Ohio

I don't know your situation and it is vague. Sure you can settle the case before the hearing. If you pay in full it should be over. If you agree on a different amount that will do as well. They can freeze your bank accounts with a judgment.
