Ok so my mates in court for drink driving and I put a statement in agaisnt him without even knowing I didnt have to make a statement (bloody police!
) So I receieved the letter today and need to know what happenes if I dont attend. Is there any way I can retract the statement or something? Theres no way I can sail my best mate down the river and get him banned. Hes in a bad way at the moment thats the last thing he needs. Cheers.
