I formed a corporation that practically failed immediately due to issues with my partner. I however neglected to dissolve the corporation. Now almost 4 years later I was told by a friend I could be liable for some serious penalty fees for not dissolving the corporation properly.
I obviously need to address this now, but can you help me get an idea of how screwed I am for not following the right process, and how I could handle this?
